Whether summer or winter, our exclusive apartments are all about making you feel comfortable and enjoying your holiday.
There are also many other advantages: free parking, a lift to the upper floors, all apartments have either a garden, a terrace or a balcony, great mobility, excellent infrastructure – and the village centre can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Included in the price

The East Tyrol guest card for environmentally friendly and free use of public transport in East Tyrol and many other advantages.
You are welcome to use our ski room with ski boot warmer in winter …
… or our lockable bicycle storage room in summer.
Change of bed linen and towels for stays of 7 nights or more.
Baby equipment (high chair & cot) are available upon request

Prices

All prices shown are per apartment for 2 people / night.
Short stays may be subject to an additional charge.
No meals are included in the prices shown.

Discounts for children

Children up to 2.99 years old stay for free.
Children up to 13.99 years old receive a special discount.
Children aged 14 and over pay like an additional adult.

Deposit

In order for the booking to be confirmed, a deposit of 40% of the total price must be paid.

Payment of the rest – accepted methods of payment

The remaining amount must be paid on site before departure.
The following payment methods are accepted: cash payment, debit card payment, credit card payment (not American Card).

Check-in / Check-out

On the day of arrival, the apartments can be occupied from 15:00.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00.

Local tax

This is due for all persons aged 15 and over and amounts to € 2.00 per night.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival 70% of the total price will be charged.
For cancellation from 14 days before arrival 100% of the total price will be charged.

Pets

We only accept pets upon request. The cost (excluding food) is € 20.00 per night.
Any special final cleaning, if required, will be charged.

Final cleaning

The final cleaning for the COSY and SWEET apartments is € 50.00 per stay.
The final cleaning for the HOME and LOFT apartments is € 70.00 per stay.
Interim cleaning only on request.

Parking

Our guests can park in our car park free of charge.

Silliano Snowflake Surprise

The winter in Silliano and in the Dolomites is legendary. Fun on the slopes until far into spring, lots of snow and good weather guaranteed. By the way: also the ski bus stops right in front of our premises.

Your feel-good holiday is so close!

Arrival by car

Coming from the north via the Brennero Pass or from the south (Verona) you take the Brennero motorway (A22) to the Bressanone/Val Pusteria motorway exit, from there take the State road no. 49 into the Alta Val Pusteria to San Candido and then further to Silliano, where you will find us on the right-hand side at the town entrance.

From the east, coming from the Villach junction towards Carinthia and East Tyrol, continue towards Luenza to Silliano. Cross almost the entire village until you find us on the left side.

Coming by train
Silliano has a train stop where both Austrian and South Tyrolean trains stop. Trains run every 30 minutes to San Candido and Fortezza or to Luenza and on to Salzburg/Vienna.
